CAN YOU SMOKE IN THE ROOM?

No. The health and well-being of our guests are the main reasons why smoking is prohibited throughout our hotel. Our goal is to keep our guests safe and comfortable. Secondhand smoke and the risk of fire caused by cigarettes can cause negative experiences. We want to prevent unhealthy and unpleasant odor, which is difficult to remove from the air, carpeting, walls, and room furnishings, among other things, by not allowing smoking from tobacco or electronic cigarettes, vaping etc. This policy is not intended to prevent people from smoking, but to regulate the coexistence of individuals with different needs and requirements for comfort and health. A penalty of €50.00 will be charged to those who violate the ban.

CAN I FIND A PARKING SPACE FOR MY CAR?

In the hotel you will find a parking at your disposal, for a fee, which can be used while parking lots last (unattended, not insured).
Alternatively, we have other possibilities: just 300 meters away you will find a video-monitored, surrounded, automated parking area, which is not guarded, for a fee. While only 200 metres away, there is an unmanned, paid municipal car park. Only € 5 for the whole day, or € 1.20 per hour.
Choose the alternative you prefer and remember that here you are in a hotel facing the sea in Torre Pedrera di Rimini, you can easily move around on foot.

HOW DOES CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WORKS?

Check-in can be done from 15:30 to give our staff the time to prepare your room to perfection. Check-out is expected by 11:00. However, it is possible to temporarily store luggage at the hotel after leaving the room on the day of departure.
Payment is to be made upon arrival, in cash or by credit / debit card.

IS THERE A TOURIST TAX?

In the hotel, the city tax is € 2.00 per person per night (for over 14s) for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. In the apartment it is equal to € 0.70 per person per night (for over 14 years) for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This allows us to make your holiday experience better, ensuring you quality and an even bluer sea!

CAN I ACCESS THE WELLNESS CENTER AND GYM FOR FREE?

Whether you are traveling for leisure or for work, relax yourself at the end of the day in our wellness center. It is open from 8 in the morning until 24. A sauna, turkish bath, emotional shower and relaxation area await you for free, plus the small fitness center. For an even deeper pleasure, try a bath in the covered whirlpool tub with chromotherapy or a sun shower for sunbathing, these are paid services but with our special offers in a hotel in Rimini you can have them as a gift! You also have the option to book private massages and treatments.

WHY DO YOU OFFER ONLY THE ROOM AND BREAKFAST TREATMENT IN THE HOTEL?

Homemade desserts, pies, muffins, natural and fruit yogurts, biscuits, chocolate swivels, sweet croissants, crispy bacon, wurstel, chips, fresh vegetables and seasonal fruit are just some of the delicacies to taste. If you want to sleep late, turn it into brunch! This way you can enjoy a longer afternoon on the beach and feel full until the aperitif.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Our cancellation policies are very advantageous, which is why we always recommend you to book in advance and secure the best deals. If you have an unforeseen event you can cancel your reservation for FREE up to a few days before arrival very easily.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY RESERVATION?

 
For a definitive confirmation of the reservation, it is required to send the credit card details as a deposit.  We will send you a simple form tasking the name of the holder, the card number, the type, the expiry date and the security number (you can find it on the back, last 3 numbers on the right). No amount will be charged to your card, it is only used as a guarantee. It is also possible to confirm with a deposit by bank transfer.
